Erosion Control Mat UV Resistant Polypropylene Three-Dimension Geomat Nonwoven Geotextile Composite 3D PP Geomat

Introduction:

Erosion Control Mat is to be made from Extruded Polypropylene Monofilaments formed into a 3-Dimentional (3D) Geomats, and must be integrated with the Filter Fabric (nonwoven geotextile) on one side

a) Extruded Polypropylene Monofilaments have a mass per unit area of 400/500/600/700g/m2 following EN ISO 9864, and UV Stabilized.

b) The Extruded Polypropylene Monofilaments must form a 3D Pyramid Shaped and have open structure to allow soil and root penetration.

c) Filter Fabric (nonwoven geotextile) must be electro-mechanically integrated / bonded to the Extruded Polypropylene Monofilaments, and UV Stabilized.

d) The base resin for Geomat should be PP homopolymer.

e)The diameter of the monofilament: 0.4 to 0.7 mm.
